Welcome to Literature Africa Foundation

Literature Africa Foundation is a Non-Governmental Organization founded and registered in the year 2015 with registration No OP.218/051/15-109/9968. The Foundation works using the Quadra Helix model of partnering with the Kenyan Government through the ministry of Education, Primary & Secondary schools, Colleges & Universities as well as communities, the business sector and other Civil Society Organizations in order to design solutions to problems being experienced in different communities. We endeavor to offer equal chances (Education and Opportunities) to children & youths living in rural, marginalized communities & informal settlement areas in Kenya as their counterparts living in urban set up through a variety of programs.

Our programs revolve around four main pillars;

  1. Education to the vulnerable and marginalized groups.
  2. Economic Empowerment through capacity building and opportunity creation.
  3. Advocacy on community based issues related to education and poverty.
  4. Boy and Girl child empowerment.
